De Boliviaanse Minister van Justitie, Celima Torrico, en de Boerenvakbond CSUTCB veroordeelden afgelopen zaterdag het bloedbad in het departement Amazonas in Peru, waar tientallen plattelandsbewoners en politieagenten de dood vonden, en zij beschuldigden de regering van Alan García van de gebeurtenissen.
“De enige verantwoordelijke voor het gebeurde is de huidige regering van ons buurland (Peru). De houding is verwerpelijk van de president (Alan García) die niet naar de eisen van de inheemse bevolking luisterde, nu hopen we dat ze verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor deze gebeurtenis.
